GEOINFRA carried out a comprehensive assessment of slope hazards and infrastructure vulnerability along the Narayanghat-Mugling Highway to support data-driven maintenance planning. The assignment combined desk-based research, field surveys, geospatial analysis, and risk prioritization. Key tasks included:

• Desk study, literature review, and data collection from relevant agencies.
• Field reconnaissance survey to identify and document roadside slopes.
• Condition assessment of existing vulnerable slopes.
• Stability analysis of critical slope sections.
• Preparation of slope inventory database (geological, geometric, and administrative data).
• Compilation of historical hazard database (type, scale, causes, consequences).
• Generation of landslide susceptibility maps using past data and causative factors.
• Development of a slope condition rating system for risk categorization.
• Formulation of a maintenance prioritization framework based on slope hazard and infrastructure vulnerability.
