GEOINFRA successfully delivered a technical review of flood-induced damages along the BP Highway, combining field reconnaissance, hydrological analysis, and resilience strategy development. Major tasks included:

• Field reconnaissance, on-site inspection, and drone-based survey of affected highway segments.
• Geotagging, mapping, and documentation of failure points (e.g., washouts, erosion, slope failures).
• Analysis of rainfall and river discharge data to interpret flood behavior and geomorphic changes.
• Technical assessment of drainage structures and their contribution to highway vulnerability.
• Categorization and interpretation of damage types based on geotechnical and hydraulic factors.
• Inventory of losses, repair needs, service disruptions, and socio-economic impacts.
• Compilation of photographic and geospatial damage database.
• Literature review of climate-resilient highway practices in flood-prone regions.
• Recommendation of strategies for improving climate resilience in road design and planning.
